## 4. Payment Data (Stripe)

All payments on CheckGen are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. We do not store, see, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers.

When you make a payment, Stripe collects and processes:

- Credit or debit card details (number, expiry, CVV — handled entirely by Stripe)

- Payment confirmation tokens (which we store for order records)

Stripe operates its own privacy policy, available at [stripe.com/au/privacy](https://stripe.com/au/privacy). By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms. If you connect a third-party calendar (Google, Apple, Microsoft), we access only the minimum required permissions to create and manage events on your behalf. We do not read or store the contents of other events in your calendar. You can revoke calendar access at any time from your calendar provider's settings page.

Calendar booking data is retained for [X months/years] after the appointment date, after which it is securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
